Populate the meeting with the rest of details (hour, participants etc)
Five minutes before the meeting starts, you can go into the room, and on the tablet, you will see your meeting, with a “Join” button right next to it
=> After you click on the “Join” button, the meeting will automatically start.
Few things to pay attention to:
If you are not able to see the conference room in the list of “rooms” at the specific time you try to book it, it means that somebody else already booked that conference room at that specific time
If the host of the meeting doesn’t have “Allow users to join without the host” tickled ON, you won’t be able to access the meeting before the host does.
